How to fill in passenger’s name field correctly?

The passenger name(s) MUST BE CORRECTLY entered with EXACT sequence as they appear on your               passport or other valid travel document. Please be informed that if the passenger's name does not match with that on the passenger's passport, airlines reserve the right to deny boarding, so please ensure the passenger's name must match with your valid travel document before you confirm the booking. No name amendment is allowed once the online transaction is completed successfully.

If you have two family names or a hyphenated family name, please enter it as one name without spaces or special characters, such as hyphens.

If your surname has only one alphabet, such as U, then please enter UU in surname field.

If you have a middle name, it should be entered along with the first/given name in “Given name” field. Please ensure that it must be in sequence as shown on your passport or other valid travel document.

Can I change the passenger's name after the air ticket is issued?

The passenger's name cannot be changed once the ticket is confirmed. Please make sure the passenger's name matches with your valid travel documents before you confirm your booking.

Can I book air ticket without passport information or what should I do if the validity of my passport A: is less than 6 months?

For passports with validity less than 6 months, you can still make a reservation online. However, please make sure that your passport has at least 6 months validity (counting from your return travel date) before your departure, otherwise, airlines have the right to refuse you to board.

How can I check the connecting time and stopover information?

You can simply click the "details" button for flight connection / stopover details after you searched your preferred travel date.

What are the consequences if the passport name does not match with the electronic ticket?

If the passenger's name does not match with that on the passenger's passport, airlines reserve the right to deny boarding. Please make sure the passenger's name matches with your valid travel document before you confirm the booking.

How will I get my tickets?

An electronic ticket will be issued instantly once the booking is confirmed. The electronic ticket will be sent to your registered email account within 72 hours. You are suggested to print out the electronic ticket and bring along with your valid travel document and required visa upon check in.

Can I purchase senior, student, young adult and labor tickets online?

If you wish to buy senior, student, young adult and labor tickets, please call our Sales hotline at (852) 8200 6882.

How can I make special requests such as special meals, seat assignment or mileage?

We can make special requests toward airlines on behalf of the guests, however, please be informed that all requests are on request basis only and Airlines reserve right for final decision.

Why there is a difference between the air ticket fare shows on my electronic ticket and my online payment?

The air ticket fare shown in the electronic ticket is the original air ticket fare, however, we will only charge the air ticket fare shown on the official receipt.

How to calculate for the child fare ticket? Who is eligible for buying child or infant fare ticket?

Child ticket is valid only for 2 - 11 years old children and infant ticket is valid for infant aged less than 2 years old.
For passengers who are already over 12 years old on/before their return date, they have to purchase the air ticket at adult fare;
For passengers aged over 2 years on/before their return date, they have to purchase a child ticket.

Can I change my flight booking?

Once online transaction is completed successfully, the air reservation is made immediately and air ticket will be issued instantly. You are advised to read through the fare rules carefully before you proceed to confirm your booking. All changes must be followed the “Fare Rules” of tickets.

Please be informed that owing to fare rule, on top of the airline penalties, Bees.Travel will charge handling fee of HKD250 per ticket as rebooking fee.

For submission of your date change request at least 3 working days before departure, you can follow below instruction:

  1. Please kindly email ticket and request date of change to info@beestravel.hkfor immediate assistance if you need to change travel date.
  2. Our Customer Service Executive will reply your email within next working day.

In addition, all changes must be made at least three working day before original departure; otherwise, Airlines will charge you an extra no-show fee or ticket will be considered as used. So, please kindly contact airlines directly for assistance in the event of non-office hours, public holidays.

Can I cancel my flight booking?

  1. Please kindly email ticket to info@beestravel.hk for immediate assistance if you need to cancel your flight. So, please kindly contact airlines directly for cancellation of flights in the event of non-office hours, public holidays.
  2. Our Customer Service Executive will reply your email within next working day.

Please be informed that some special tickets are non-refundable. To proceed for ticket refund, besides of airline penalties based on fare rule, Bees.Travel will charge handling fee of HKD250 per ticket for cancellation.

In addition, please be reminded that all cancellation must be made at least three working day before original departure; otherwise, Airlines will charge you an extra no-show fee or ticket will be considered as used. No refund is allowed.

It may take an estimated 3 to 6 months before the credit appears in your account for air ticket refund processing. The preceding refund timeline is a guide for your reference only and shall not be binding upon Bees.Travel.

What should be done if the confirmation page is not displayed?

Once your booking is completed, a confirmation page will be shown with our booking confirmation number. We will also email you to re-confirm your full itinerary.

What can I do if my original flight has been changed or cancelled?

Airlines may adjust their flight times and schedules according to various reasons such as weather, or operational need.

However, please note all final arrangements are decided by airlines. Thus, we strongly recommend passengers to confirm their flights and check-in location directly with the airlines prior to each departure. Please kindly check your update flight time at Hong Kong Airport website (https://www.hongkongairport.com/eng/index.html) before your departure. Bees.Travel will not be liable for any loss caused by you without notice.

Do I need to print out the itinerary received for check in purpose?

In view of the different immigration rules for different destinations, some of the destinations may need passenger to show their return ticket for immigration purpose. Therefore, we strongly advise passenger to keep a print-out for own reference.

Can I use the return leg if I did not use the departure coupon?

Please be informed that air tickets have to be used sequence. All tickets which are not in sequence cannot be used and airlines reserve the right to refuse boarding.

How can I reserve hotel room?

Bees Travel’s hotel reservation process is easy and just one click away. Select your destination; enter your check-in and check-out date. Then click "Search now!" and a list of your selection will be displayed.

How can I make special request to the hotel?

You can email us at info@beestravel.hk or contact Hotel directly for any special request after your hotel reservation is confirmed. Any special request is subject to hotel room availability upon check-in. No guarantee can be granted.

How many guests are allowed for the hotel room?

The occupancy capacity of the hotel room depends on the room type. Hotel may charge an additional fee for extra guests. Please check with the respective hotel or contact us for assistance.

Does the hotel room rate include daily breakfast?

Daily breakfast is not included unless stated.

Are taxes and service charges included in the hotel room payment?

How much does the extra bed cost?

What can I do if the guest name and the registered name are not matched?

Hotel may refuse the guest for check-in if the registered name is not matched. So please ensure the guest information is correct.

What can I do if I find the reservation details incorrect?

Please kindly contact us as soon as possible by email info@beestravel.hk and we will try utmost to contact hotel for further arrangement. If you cannot reach us, please contact hotel directly for assistance.

How can I get the hotel voucher?

You will receive a confirmation letter through email once the booking is confirmed. We suggest printing the email for check–in purpose.

Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel the booking before my check in date?

Yes and no refund is allowed if you did not show up for the booking.

When will I get the refund?

The net refund will be credited back to your charged credit card in around 30 working days for prepayment booking.

What are the arrangements due typhoon or bad weather?

Please kindly contact us if your schedule will be affected by any weather problem. Bees Travel will not charge any handling fee for hotel cancellation. However, hotel cancellation fee may be involved and subject to hotel final decision. If you cannot reach us, please contact hotel directly for assistance.
